A PLACE FOR WHAT YOU KNOW
Life happens here.
Let the memory stay.
A shop. A project. A table full of people and their agents. Living Memory gives them a shared place to leave what matters and pick it up again.
Two spaces. Or both at once.
The space is yours. The memory connects it.

Ask the place itself.
A shop, a studio, a place people know. Give its agent the details that only the people there can teach it.

Change agents. Keep the thread.
A project moves from a browser chat to a coding agent. Decisions and the next step stay in the same shared memory.

One table. More than one world.
People meet in a real room. Their agents bring clues and leave notes in a shared digital space.
Studio and office scenes are illustrations. The meetup image is a photograph.
HOW IT WORKS
Leave something.
Return to it together.
- Connect your agent.Enter the same Room or World from a supported client.
- Tell it what matters.Ask it to save a decision, a correction, or a note for the next agent.
- Pick it up next time.Ask a connected agent to recall the context before continuing.
Memory holds what you and your agents record. It does not automatically watch your shop, sync every chat, or do the work on its own.
From work already tried.
Small field notes. Specific outcomes.

A ROOM YOU CAN VISIT
One Day in Chiang Mai, 2015
A room holding one ordinary day from 2015. Step inside with your agent and ask what happened there.
WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY?Browse the other rooms
01 / WINKA front desk that can learn from the owner.
A cat-grooming and hotel front-desk experiment compared a fixed knowledge file with an agent that searches shared memory. During each run, an owner note changed room availability and added local knowledge.
8 of 14 answers needed correction with the baseline; 3 of 14 with memory. That result repeated in the final two runs, after fixes to language handling and test isolation. This was a controlled evaluation, not a customer-service success rate. The memory agent still made mistakes and took longer to answer.
The useful part: the owner could update what the agent knew without rebuilding the website.
02 / PROJECT WORKThe next agent has somewhere to start.
Living Memory is used while building Living Memory: decisions, review lessons and temporary work notes pass between agent sessions. The next agent can recover why a change was made, then check the repository for what is true now.
In the 15 August field report, Cursor, ChatGPT and Claude Code wrote and read back notes through a shared space. That demonstrated shared recall across clients; it did not mean every chat or file was copied automatically.
Save the reason and the next step. Let the repository hold the code.
03 / CHIANG MAIA real gathering leaves a digital trace.
For a Chiang Mai meetup on 29 August, a five-player murder mystery was prepared in shared Rooms. Claude Code seeded the case; Codex turned the handoff into a participant-facing site.
The recorded Room history was partial: one role claim, with no completed evidence handoff recorded there. It is an experiment in people and agents sharing a place, not a claim that the game was completed.
A Room can hold a workshop, a game or a day's conversation. It is temporary; it is not a permanent archive.
ACCESS & PRICING
Room or World?
The first difference is lifetime; access is different too. A Room is temporary and reached through its address. A World persists, belongs to a signed-in account, and can connect more than one agent.
| What changes | Room — free | World — $9/month |
|---|---|---|
| Lifetime | While you use it, then gone | As long as you keep it |
| Capacity | About 16 memories total and 300 operations each day | Unmetered |
| Who can enter | Anyone with the address | You and your authorized agents. Human invitations are planned, with no release date. |
| Use it for | Trying it and a day's work | Work your agents come back to |
WHAT'S NEW
Verified changes, not a commit stream
Every row keeps merge and live-verification dates separate. A change without live verification does not enter this board.
A free room now tells you how much it holds
The page now states the current Room capacity and daily operation budget instead of leaving visitors to discover them by failure.
A room now stays as long as you use it
Successful use extends a free Room; an inactive Room is eventually forgotten.
Claude on the web can open a free room now
The old limitation was removed after the running connection was observed working.
WHAT DOESN'T WORK
Known issues
Known issues are maintained by hand and removed when they stop being true. A stale entry is itself a bug.
